A Big OH Crap

This is not a poop post.

Cindy is has told me in the past that when she is stressed or upset her band is tighter. Last night I came home and my flowers were dead. These flowers I planted over a month ago.

I dont know what killed them, but for some reason, for about 15 minutes...it was the end of the world. I started crying. I starting passing out invitations to my pity party. I was a failure at growing flowers, at losing weight, at cooking, at saving money...PITY PARTY! This cry/sob fest lasted for about 20 minutes. Afterwards I got up and made some dinner. It was left overs. It was bbq roast and some mac and cheese. I had eaten plenty of eat the night before.

I took one bite of roast, one bite of mac and cheese...just to make sure the temp was right. Well...that was it. It was stuck. I pb'd. Several times. Then I REALLY threw up. The bad kind where you worry about your band slipping the whole time. Well, then I couldnt get water down. I couldnt get slobber down. This lasted until after 10pm. I threw up slobber one last time and then I was okay. It was not good.

Lesson From AmyYoda: Tread lightly when you are crying and being a baby you must. USE THE FORCE. BE THE FORCE.

  1. Ohhhh Amy :(

You had a rough trot last night. Maybe the stress through losing your flowers made you super tight band wise hence the throwing up. What a thing to happen. I hope you're doing better day punkin'. You sounded just miserable. Chin up and hugs from me

  4. I am really sorry to hear about your flowers. I can't keep anything green alive :( I hate that you experienced that pbing episode. Just be careful next time you get really stressed until you know how Tina is reacting.

And yes, every time I experience a lot of stress I have to be really careful. Many times I can't eat things that normally don't give me problems. Try drinking something hot/really warm prior to eating and it may make it a little easier. I had a rough, tiring day today, so I am going to drink a cup of coffee before eating a little bit.

  5. Aww muffin. Big hugs. It all can seem rather cataclysmic for us girls who may be, just maybe, prone to a touch of the dramatic. I can say so because it takes one to know one. I'm so the same way. I'm glad you're feeling better, and I'll definitely remember this. XXX

  6. Poor thing. You better today? I am having a garage sale and I found 2 really cute sexy tops in my closit that I haven't worn in a long while and I though of you. They are identical. One black and one red. Both with tiny polka dots. Shear, streatchy and low cut. From the junior plus dept. I would love to send them to you. I think you would like them, and if not. . . pass them on. Let me know if you want them.

  7. Feeling crummy sucks. Seriously. You aren't a failure at all, but sometimes having a pity party is okay -really! And btw - you look beautiful sitting by those flowers!

Did you guys notice in the picture that the damn porch swing is sitting on the ground? That's when I sat on it and broke the damn chain. Ah, life is mocking me at every turn!
