Me again lovies! I am tying up loose ends today with emails and such not and have been very neglectful about this one...
Awhile ago, a very nice man from https://americasnutrition.com/ contacted me to see if I would be interested in selecting something from their website to try and review. And I did. I picked Full Bars. They sounded interesting and what did I have to lose?

Both myself and Heather ate them. They are kind of like a rice cake granola bar thingie...and not that bad. I believe they kinda expand just a little in your belly...and that is one of the ways they keep you fuller. If you would like to give them a try, you can access the website above, or click on this link right here!
they do work
ReplyDeletei love them
but they are expensive
so i only eat one a week on the day i feel like binging
I like them too. Especially the cocoa ones.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'll give them a try. Always looking for new things.
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking of trying them. I'll check them out. *M*
ReplyDeleteYum Wonder if they have them here in Oz? Will have to have a hunt around xx
ReplyDeleteI've seen them too, but didn't think they'd be a good idea with the Lapband... things that swell scare me.. I've had a few too many bad experiences with cereal! Maybe eaten very slowly in the afternoon might work though..
ReplyDeleteI've seen commercials for them and wondered if they worked. Interesting! I may have to try one if I come across them somewhere.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Jenn up there...I'm scared that expanding things will make me PB!
ReplyDeleteYUCK! I got these before I had restriction and they were not bad...But with a working band? Uh-uh.
ReplyDeleteHeh... those are at our 99 Cent Only stores now. If you read the packaging thoroughly, you'll find that they tout themselves as being a bar meant for bariatric patients, and while I understand that this is not the case for Bypassers, the packaging suggests drinking water with the bar.
ReplyDeleteUm... yeah. I don't really buy that it was created by a bariatric doctor for ALL bariatric patients. Just one of the many things now coming out in droves on the market to try and get money out of an increasing demographic.
