Their activity level se...Are you using Livestrong? Their activity level setting is supposed to be separate from your workouts. A moderately active person is someone who is on their feet most of the day. Like a waiter or postal carrier or something. Someone who sits at their desk all day (maybe chasing down co-workers from time to time) they're considered "lightly active" despite how heavy you may be working out. Workout activity is considered totally separate.
